My size 8 body of my 20's and 30's after having my 4 children, had crept up
to a size 12 by the time I reached 53. I thought maybe I wasn't too old to do
something that would improve both my looks and my health. My immediate
goal was to lose 20 pounds and to be able to wear sleeveless clothes and
